Supported Themes

Because every Shopify theme is different, our "discounted price on product page" (DOPP) feature only has dedicated integrations with a limited number of themes out of the box.

Other themes can still be used, with some additional setup.

This article will explain how to make sure you can display discounted prices on product pages in any theme, and ideally support collection pages as well.

How to Display Discounts on Product Pages

You can improve customer experience by displaying discounted prices on product pages, collection pages, and the home page. This will reduce confusion and compel your customers to add more products to their cart.

The new version of our "discount on product page" (DOPP) feature is an easy way to achieve this:

It supports all features of the cart/checkout discounts
It automatically synchronizes with the cart/checkout discounts, so a few seconds after you save your discounts, they will apply on product and collection pages
It supports several themes out-of-the-box, and can work on any Online Store 2.0 themes, with a few tweaks.

Where to find these settings

When you look at the app sidebar in your Shopify admin dashboard, click the "Add to theme" link. That will take you to a page that guides you through the setup for this feature.

Once you've created a discount, we recommend testing it on your store to make sure everything is working properly.

Step 1. Use the "Test discounts" page

We have created a "Test discounts" page in our app, that lets you:

Preview how discounts will apply with different items in the cart, different customers, etc.
Troubleshoot why your discount isn't applying as expected, with plain English feedback.

How can I combine/stack my discount with other discounts?

You can use the "Combinations" options on the discount settings page to set your discount up to combine with other discounts.

When combining with other discounts, our app follows the same rules and limitations as Shopify's built-in discounts.

Can I use one discount code for 2 types of discount (for example, amount off products and shipping with a single code).

No. Due to Shopify limitations, you cannot use a single discount code to apply multiple types of discounts.
